This Card is redeemable up to balance only for food and beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages) at any participating Village Inn restaurant. Not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Not a credit or debit card. Safeguard your Card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Not reloadable and no expiration dates or fees are associated with this Card. Either SVCC I, LLC or the independently owned franchisee where this Card was purchased is the Card issuer (“Issuer”). Issuer is the sole obligor to Card owner. Issuer may delegate its Issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not Issuer, will be sole obligor to Card owner.
