Click "Apply eGift Card" during checkout and enter the eGift Card number and PIN. - By phone to 800.606.6458 (Crate and Barrel), 800.606.6252 (CB2). Give the eGift Card number and PIN to the Customer Service associate.
- Visit a Crate and Barrel or CB2 store.
- Print the eGift Card and present it to a store associate during checkout
- OR, to redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the eGift Card number and PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase
Customer Service Associate:
Hand-key the eGift Card number and PIN into the POS.

It also can be redeemed for merchandise or services at CB2 stores (U.S. only), online or by phone. This card may not be used as payment on a Crate and Barrel Credit Card or any other account. Purchases will be deducted from this card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Funds on this card do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
