To redeem, recipients can simply present their eGift Cards at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants, or they can add funds directly to their Chick-fil-A® One account in the App.
To redeem directly from your Chick-fil-A eGift Card, display the QR code, or provide gift card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.
Chick-fil-A gift card may not be accepted at some Chick-fil-A Restaurants. For additional details about gift card acceptance, visit chick-fil-a.com/customer-support. Not redeemable outside of the U.S.
Chick-fil-A Team Members
eGift cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular gift card tender. If the QR code on an eGift card does not scan, manually enter the eGift card number.
If there is an issue scanning the QR code within the Chick-fil-A App, the mobile pay number can be found by selecting “Scan” and clicking on the QR code.
eGift cards are for use at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants in the U.S. only.
