How to Redeem Your Gift Card:
- In-Restaurant: Bring the physical card with you to any Chipotle location. When you reach the cashier to pay for your order, hand them your gift card along with any other forms of payment you might be using.
- Online Ordering (Chipotle App or Website): You can also redeem your physical gift card when placing an online order through the Chipotle app or website. Here's the general process: 1.
- Add your desired food items to your online cart.
- Proceed to checkout and choose the "Gift Card" option as your payment method. There will be a prompt to enter the gift card code. This code is typically located on the back of the physical gift card, scratched off for security.
- Once you enter the code, the remaining balance on your gift card will be applied to your order total.
- If your order exceeds the gift card value, you can use another payment method to cover the remaining amount.
