How to Redeem

Redemption Instructions
For any gift card purchase on this site just present your gift card at any US and Puerto Rico Victoria's Secret store, or mention the number on the back of the gift card and PIN when making a phone order. For online orders, enter your gift card number and PIN at checkout. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. Gift Cards are issues in US dollars and the purchase is processed and charged in US dollars, regardless of the currency selected on this site; for international customers currency fluctuations may impacts value upon redemption. Gift Cards may not be used online for some International countries where payment is through eShopWorld; in case we are able to apply the Gift Card by phone or by issuing a credit to a recently placed online order. Gift Cards purchased from our Canadian and International stores are not redeemable online or by phone.

This card is issued by Victoria’s Secret Stores GC, LLC and is redeemable for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10 (this amount could change, based on future revisions to applicable laws, in which case such a change will be reflected on our online and in-store return policies, and on subsequently issued gift cards), at U.S. and Puerto Rico Victoria’s Secret stores (excluding Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Accessories stores) and online at VictoriasSecret.com. This card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance or buy another gift card. This card has no expiration date. Associates of Victoria’s Secret and its affiliates are not eligible to redeem gift cards at Victoria’s Secret Outlet stores. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Victoria’s Secret may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time Victoria’s Secret fully processes your request.
